Paystack Refund Policy

Makola Online seller subscription payments are processed through Paystack. Refund reviews require the Paystack payment reference, seller email, store name, and reason for the request.

If a payment is duplicated, charged incorrectly, or confirmed by Paystack but not reflected on Makola Online, contact support so the transaction can be checked and escalated where necessary.

Approved subscription refunds are handled through the original Paystack payment channel where possible. Processing times may depend on Paystack, the card issuer, bank, or mobile money provider.

Product purchases are arranged directly between buyers and sellers. Makola Online does not process product payments, so product refunds must be resolved with the seller.
